About Pat

Pat has built a distinguished career in real estate. She previously worked in telecommunications before getting her Realtor's license in 2009. From then on, she has fully embraced the Realtor lifestyle and has earned quite a number of real estate designations aside from being the designated Managing Broker of her firm. Pat is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Consultant, e-PRO Certified, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and Military Relocation Professional. She also holds a GRI or Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation which, according to the National Association of Realtors, is "the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation."

Pat is among the Top 1% of Realtors in the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. She's also a Homes for Heroes affiliate in Illinois. Despite a busy professional life, she is active in volunteer work as a board member for the local chamber of commerce and the Chair of the Fox Waterway Advisory Committee.
