Hi, I’m Pat Smarto, Managing Broker and Owner of Lakes Realty Group here in northern Illinois. For the past 17 years, I’ve been helping people make their next move — whether that’s finding the perfect lakefront getaway, upsizing to fit a growing family, or downsizing to something that feels just right.

I work throughout western Lake County, eastern McHenry County, and southern Wisconsin, with a special focus on the Chain O’Lakes and nearby communities.

Real estate is personal, and I never lose sight of that. I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 650 clients through buying and selling their homes, helping them move forward with confidence and clarity. While I’m proud to be recognized among the top 1% of Realtors in my association, my true measure of success is knowing my clients felt heard, protected, and fully supported from our first conversation through closing day.
