As your go-to real estate professional, Stephanie Liscomb truly loves helping you find the perfect place to call home — whether that’s your first home, a waterfront escape, or a new chapter where you can build lasting memories.
Licensed as a Managing Broker in Illinois and a Real Estate Salesperson in Wisconsin, Stephanie serves clients throughout Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin, offering seamless guidance on both sides of the state line.
Before real estate, Stephanie built a successful career in health information management, sharpening the customer service and interpersonal skills she now brings to her clients. Known for her calm but firm negotiation style, she empowers clients with knowledge, market insight and support from start to finish.
Her approachable nature and detail-oriented mindset have earned her lasting relationships and a great deal of repeat and referral business. When she’s not helping clients, Stephanie enjoys time with her family and lake life — fishing, boating, or simply enjoying the water.
