Not only can we discuss all of the paperwork in detail using videoconferencing/Zoom, we can answer all your document related questions.
You still do not have to come into the office to sign documents, all that can be done using our electronic signature capturing software.

Initial showings are provided through digital means and through 360 tours. Then once people have decided they are interested in a home, we ensure that the potential walk-throughs are pre-qualified and really interested. Showing agents are given a set of owner-driven and CDC coordinated instructions, including masks, gloves and minimal home contact if a physical viewing is scheduled.
